I’m Sarah... and if there’s one thing you should know about me, it’s that I deeply believe in the process of becoming. Not the polished, overnight highlight reel... but the slow, holy work of spiritual maturity that unfolds in real life.

For years, I lived at the intersection of sweat and self-love. As a Plus-Size Model and Personal Trainer, I built a global community of women who wanted to feel at home in their bodies. But God was preparing me for a deeper shift.

My story is paved with the same brokenness many of you face. From being bullied for being the "big girl," to walking through my parents’ divorce, to navigating the pain of leaving a marriage and rebuilding my life before 30.

Those seasons of wilderness taught me that physical strength is nothing without spiritual endurance. They led me to understand that God wasn’t just interested in my body; He was interested in my heart.

Just before turning 40, I found myself starting over again-this time as a single mom with a one-year-old on my hip. It was humbling, holy, and transformative. What began as a fitness journey evolved into a mission of breaking generational cycles and learning to trust God again.

In December 2024, I closed my fitness coaching business to step into my Year of Jubilee. A season of rest, reinvention, and listening.

Today, I bridge the gap between Christian Wellness and real life. I am a storyteller, a speaker, and the host of The Becoming: Faithful & Unfinished, where we explore the "messy middle" of the faith journey.

Outside of this ministry, I’m a full-time Client Success Manager at Riverside, a mom to the happiest four-year-old princess, and a believer that you don’t have to be perfect to be used by God.
