I spent years looking like I had it together.
Saying ‘I’m fine’ on repeat, showing up on camera and in rooms and in church pews, then going home and falling apart quietly where no one could see it.
Nobody told me I was allowed to stop.
If that’s you right now, holding it together on the outside and quietly coming apart on the inside, I built a room for exactly this.

I’m Sarah. If you are tired of performing perfection and ready to embrace your God-given identity, you are safe here. This is a space for women navigating the faith shift... from who the world told them to be, to who God created them to become.
She chose to keep going
Sarah has been making content for over a decade. She’s worked in TV, on Breakfast Television, Cityline, and CBC. She built two fitness studios for plus-size women, and watched both close. She filed for bankruptcy at the end of 2024 and calls it one of the truest things God has done in her. None of it was the after photo. All of it is part of the unfinished middle she’s still standing in.
Now she hosts The Becoming Podcast: Faithful & Unfinished, and leads The Becoming Collective, a faith-forward community for women who are done pretending they’ve already arrived.
